Mr. Johnson brings over 25 years of technology management experience to CCIntegration from the Enterprise IT, Telecom and Software sectors.
With in-depth knowledge and experience across multiple technology verticals, his primary focus will be to Continually Improve our service delivery capabilities for our clients.
Prior to joining CC Integration Mr. Johnson served as Director of SAP Practice Management for N’ware Technologies.
Michael managed the SAP implementation teams, inclusive of being the overall Solution Architect for complex client projects.
Previous to this Michael was Chief Operating Officer for Phoenix Telecom after its acquisition of Trade Wings (a global telecom reuse services company), where Michael held the roles of COO and CIO over a 10-year span. Michael was responsible for designing and managing a telecom reuse initiative for multiple Telecom OEM partners, that spanned Systems, Processes and HR responsibilities (globally).
Michael studied Aeronautical Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
