Our Team

Jay Tatro brings nearly three decades of practical experience in a variety of technology roles—including 22 years at Dell Technologies. CCI leverages his skills not only in business management, but also his ability to ensure that the organization keeps building upon its unique value proposition of deep industry expertise, customer-centricity, and a singular focus on the integration business.

Ron is the President of CCIntegration. Prior to joining CCI, Ron was Vice President and General Manager of Dell OEM Solutions group for the Americas, managing all products sales activity for the Americas, including the OEM group.

Prior to Dell, Ron held multiple senior-level sales positions for global computer hardware companies such as Alliance Systems, Network Engines and, most recently, Bell Microproducts. Ron also was previously VP of Sales with Wyle Electronics, where he worked for almost 20 years. He has extensive experience in computer hardware and peripherals with a focus on storage, systems integration, supply chain management and distribution. He has managed hardware sales and services to OEMs, resellers and system builders.

Ron holds a bachelor’s in finance from California State University – Northridge.

As a 24-year veteran of Dell Technologies’, David brings a wealth of technical sales and field engineering leadership experience to compliment this fast-growing business. In his tenure at Dell, David built their OEM SE organization into the largest, most successful organization of its kind in the industry. With a focus on modern, transformative technologies that help OEM’s deliver their IP via on-prem, SaaS or hybrid offerings. As Vice President of Solution Engineering, David bolsters CCI’s continued commitment to delivering reliable, leading-edge technology to our customers. In addition to leading CCI’s Solution Engineering organization, David also helps set technical strategy and acts as engineering liaison for key customers.

Mr. Johnson brings over 25 years of technology management experience to CCIntegration from the Enterprise IT, Telecom and Software sectors.
With in-depth knowledge and experience across multiple technology verticals, his primary focus will be to Continually Improve our service delivery capabilities for our clients.

Prior to joining CC Integration Mr. Johnson served as Director of SAP Practice Management for N’ware Technologies.
Michael managed the SAP implementation teams, inclusive of being the overall Solution Architect for complex client projects.

Previous to this Michael was Chief Operating Officer for Phoenix Telecom after its acquisition of Trade Wings (a global telecom reuse services company), where Michael held the roles of COO and CIO over a 10-year span. Michael was responsible for designing and managing a telecom reuse initiative for multiple Telecom OEM partners, that spanned Systems, Processes and HR responsibilities (globally).

Michael studied Aeronautical Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Mr. Styskal brings over 25 years of financial management experience to CCIntegration in the Technology and Telecom Sectors. As Controller, Mr. Styskal is responsible for all financial aspects of the business including Accounting Practices, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Insurance and Human Resources. Prior to joining CCIntegration, Mr. Styskal served as CFO for Phoenix Telecom Solutions as well as Group Controller for the Telecom sector of Jabil’s Aftermarket Services Group. Previously, Kelly served as Controller/Director of Finance at Telmar Network Technology and as Controller at Wyle Systems. Mr. Styskal has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Anna brings over 20 years of experience in managing financial organizations for high technology companies within OEM integration. She has been providing leadership to our financial and sales teams to support CCI with its financial growth. With her extensive product knowledge and detail oriented manner, she also overseas teams in global sales, supply chain, and customer operations. Her proficiency in business operations and understanding of customer requirements results in her teams focusing on providing customer experience.

Mr. Wood joined CCI in 2012 and brings nearly 30-years of experience in systems integration / outsourced manufacturing. His sales leadership has resulted in transformational change and tremendous growth in small privately held systems integrators to large technology distributors. Mr. Wood has a B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and MBA from Loyola University.
