CCIntegration (CCI) is pleased to announce that Michael Johnson has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Johnson brings over 25 years of technology management experience to CCIntegration from the Enterprise IT and Telecom sectors.

With in-depth knowledge and experience across multiple technology verticals, his primary focus will be to continually improve our service delivery capabilities for our customers.

Prior to joining CCI, Mr. Johnson served as Director of SAP Practice Management for N’ware Technologies where his primary role was to act as a Solution Architect to design and implement SAP ERP including interconnected systems and processes. Previously, Michael was Chief Operating Officer for Phoenix Telecom after its acquisition of Trade Wings (a global telecom reuse services company), where Michael held the roles of COO and CIO over a 10-year span. Michael was responsible for designing and managing a telecom reuse initiative for multiple Telecom OEM partners, that spanned Systems, Processes and HR responsibilities (globally). Michael studied Aeronautical Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
