Tech veteran Ron Pugh takes over as President of the San Jose-based hardware integrator
CCIntegration, the fastest-growing OEM integration company in the U.S., is proud to welcome Ron Pugh as the organization’s new President. Mr. Pugh is the second high-ranking Dell OEM executive to join CCI this year, with his former Dell colleague, David Pennington, coming aboard the leadership team as VP of Solutions Engineering in late January. Mr. Pugh’s arrival at CCI could not be more timely. Many prospects in this space, looking to hit the ground running as they emerge from the pandemic environment, are searching for an integration partner with the capabilities, creativity and customer focus vital to a successful reboot.
With more than three decades of practical experience in a variety of technology roles—including nearly 12 years as the lead of North and South American OEM solutions at Dell—Mr. Pugh brings immediate value to CCI. At Dell, he established and then substantially grew the global technology giant’s OEM partner and joint selling programs. CCI will leverage his skills not only in business management, but to communicate with clients and prospects the organization’s unique value proposition of deep industry expertise, customer-centricity and a singular focus on the integration business.
Mr. Pugh plans to make an impact from Day 1. “I’m looking forward to bringing a Tier 1 vision to all our customers, while maintaining the unique, customized approach that has driven CCI’s explosive growth and incredible customer loyalty,” he explains. “Being asked to lead such an outstanding management team—with some of the most tenured executives in the OEM business—is a true privilege.”
