Integration services include racking of individual appliances at your client’s site and installation of ready-to-deploy, fully configured racks shipped from our factory.

CCIntegration offers a variety of global support services around the products we design and build. In addition to our standard support services, we also offer custom service options.

- 3-year and 5-year standard options
- 5 days x 8 hours, next-business-day support, onsite repair
- 7 days x 24 hours, 4-hour response support, onsite repair
- Keep-your-hard-drive options, for clients that cannot return the drive
ADVANCED SERVER REPLACEMENT/
SPARES LOGISTICS
- Send new server replacement within 24 hours, send failed unit back to CCI for repair refurbishment
- Spare Parts kits for Field Replacement Units (drives, power suppliers, fans, etc.)

Refurbishment and End of Life

Our refurbishment services include system inspection, data wipe, image re-load, repackaging, and redeployment.
