CCI’s customer web portal provides our customers with access to detailed and up-to-date reports on post-sales RMA Activity from data failure analysis to tracking information. CCI offers its customers the support packages and SLA (Service Level Agreement) that is required by our clients on a global basis which can range from next day business day onsite support to 4 hour same day global onsite support.
