CCI offers two engagement models to our clients – OEM and Virtual OEM (VOEM). Both models draw upon the same SERVICES but the key differences are identified below in the two tabs. Click the OEM and VOEM tabs to compare them.

OEM = OEM model where Client wants to outsource turn-key manufacturing to CCI. The OEM owns the entire deliverable and invoice to their clients.

The Process – CCI is a subcontractor to the OEM for the Hardware in their delivery model.

* TP = Technology Partner (eg. Dell)
VOEM = Virtual OEM model where Client just wants to sell software but wants to provide the system/appliance experience to its clients.

The Process – CCI handles the appliance portion of the engagement directly with our OEM’s resellers/end-customers. Appliance ships with OEM’s software application installed. The OEM invoices their client for the Software license, CCI Invoices the OEM’s client for the system/appliance and associated services.
