We go beyond basic integration services to offer a unique blend of customizable, fully integrated services. Plus, our unique online portal gives customers 24/7 access to real-time inventory. Some of our capabilities include product design, production process, custom configuration, custom testing, quality assurance process and custom packaging. We also manage customers’ supply chain processes including shipping, warranty, repair, RMA, advanced replacements, evaluation tracking, inventory management, JIT services and EOL management. While many of our competitors offer several of these services, none provide the broad array of solutions and services offered by CCIntegration integration. Company Evolution
CCIntegration was founded in1985 as a white box builder and provider of IT services. In the nineties, CCIntegration began supporting medical systems integration and life science and chemical analysis companies by building, testing and servicing custom branded hardware.
To effectively serve new applications associated with the growth of the Internet, CCIntegration started its own software development group in 2004 and began the development of B2B software tools to manage the evaluation process, returns processes, inventory, work-in-process, quality check lists and reports.
During this same time, we began to develop custom applications including dedicated data collection, data storage and report systems that were linked to the customer’s shop floor operations and directly to their end customer’s Oracle database systems. These solutions were enhanced over time to be comprehensive Web-based portals that are used to manage integration projects, depots for repair and refurbishment, and walk-in service centers.

Also during 2000 CCIntegration began co-investing in their first location in Asia, Greystone International Operations located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. From this development of a 10,000 sq. ft. operation and 15 people the operation today is > 250,000 sq. ft. and employs 1,800 people. Part of CCIntegration investment and development of this site is the contribution of the operating repair and refurbish product depot that currently processes over 1,000,000 products per month. The Asia operations has expanded from one location in Vietnam to 8 walk-in service centers in Vietnam, 2 in Cambodia, 5 in Thailand, 6 in the Philippines, and sales and procurement offices in Singapore, Taiwan, Shenzhen China. There are also partner locations in Japan, Australia, and The Netherlands. This global support and service operations provide the framework and infrastructure to expand integration services around the world.
Appliances and OEM Integration
As Network Security, E-Mail, and Filtering Appliances became major software applications offered to support the Internet economy. In 2003 CCIntegration began providing customers products based on OEM servers. These appliance and storage products were optimized to most efficiently implement the software application. They are shipped direct to end customers who only have to plug them into their network or plug them in front of their network Internet connection. Then with either automatic or very minimal set-up or final configuration the software license is activated and the product is immediately operational. This business segment has grown several fold in the past 5 years and many of the software tools developed have been to provide dedication solutions based on providing only the services needed rather than complete enterprise, inventory, or financial solutions. It was quickly learned that many of the customers producing appliance products were software companies that had no ability or software tools to assist them in managing their appliances that were increasingly being provided as Evaluation Units to allow their customers to try the application prior to purchasing the products. CCI developed the needed tools to make this process seamless for their customers. These tools and services comprise a major portion of the revenue that are realized today.
